Diogo Costa Gonçalves will participate in two events in Brasília, reflecting on Bill No. 4/2025 and the reform of the Brazilian Civil Code.
On 12 November 2025, he will participate in the colloquium ‘The Reform of the Law of Obligations in the Brazilian Civil Code: A Comparative Perspective’, which will be moderated by Minister Isabel Gallotti and attended by Dário Moura Vicente. He will reflect on ‘The Social Function of the Contract in Bill No. 4/2025’.
On 13 November, he will also attend the colloquium organised by the Escola Nacional de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Magistrados on the Reform of the Civil Code.
