Diogo Costa Gonçalves and José Maria Cortes prepared a legal opinion on Bills No. 486/XVII/1.ª, 391/XVII/1.ª and 479/XVII/1.ª, at the request of the Association of Catholic Jurists. The opinion addresses legislative initiatives concerning the repeal of Law No. 38/2018, which regulates the “right to gender identity self-determination”, as well as the protection of minors in this context.
